Application Fee per occupant over 18 years of age- $75 (Non-refundable)

Security deposit - One and two bedroom - $200; Three bedroom - $300

Pets - Full grown pets 45 pounds and under accepted with a $250 pet deposit and $250 non-refundable pet fee. Deposits and fees are per pet.  All animals require prior management approval and certain restrictions apply.
